THE FUTURE STARTS HERE! The Rainbow Effect full day workshop includes lunch, refreshments and training materials and teaches you a coaching model to help you reflect on your situation, brainstorm ideas, set goals and achieve change. Maximum of eight delegates bringing a variety of differing topics everyone can work with others or individually through the Rainbow Model and leave the day with an individual robust SMART action plan and the skills and knowledge of how to use the Rainbow Model in your every day and working life to help you achieve positive outcomes.

Starting with a personal SWOT analysis, delegates work together together with me to identify what each of you could improve, how you can can turn your strengths into opportunities and which threats your weaknesses expose. We also identify your learning styles, driver and working styles and explore how you can use all these to your advantage to the best you can be. You will leave the session with an individual robust SMART action plan to focus you on making the improvements you want and need to make.
