Team workshops are an ideal way to engage your people and work together to achieve common goals.  People feel more valued and empowered when they are actively involved.  Workshops are also an opportunity to bring your teams together, in a different setting, to get to know and understand each other better and contribute equally

I develop and deliver bespoke Coaching style workshops, which are lively, interactive and solution focused, based on the context of  your corporate requirements.  All workshops are designed bespoke, some examples of topics include ‘Recruiting Effectively’, ‘ Performance Development Plans’ ‘Holding effective Performance Reviews’ ‘Employee Engagement and Staff Retention’ ‘Developing your People’. Each team workshop is a full day and includes lunch, refreshments and training materials.


Psychometric Assessments

Occupational Ability and Occupational Personality tests are consistently proven to be the most valid predictor of workplace performance complementing other sources of information and testing. Personality Assessment can add great value to workplace assessment and development as it enables us to predict an individuals performance. Personality is relatively stable and so therefore provides a stable prediction of performance. Our underlying personality traits influence how we are likely to behave.

Maximise your  talent effectiveness and create effective succession planning within your teams by identifying future Leaders.  These tests can also help you improve the quality of your hires; identifying the right people for the right roles; improving staff retention and productivity.  Prior to testing, the first step we take is in profiling the job roles.  This identifies the most important aptitudes or competencies for the role and aids selection of the most appropriate test/tests.  There are a variety of ways to complete the job profile and we agree the most appropriate method for each client. Testing whole teams can also highlight potential barriers in personality of working together and identify opportunities for developing teams more effectively. I offer a suite of on-line tests to suit your needs with thorough feedback, including detailed reports highlighting strengths, potential overplayed strengths and development areas and how these can impact positively and potentially negatively on your organisation and teams. Follow up individual and team action plans help to develop Leadership skills, Management techniques and improved ways of working together.


Team Coaching and creating a Coaching Culture

Team Coaching improves both an individual’s skill and the overall team’s talent. Through team Coaching they begin to understand together, each others working style drivers and their learning styles and how this impacts on how they work together to achieve their individual and collective goals. Working through everyday work challenges or set topics I can help the group raise their awareness of how each other works and they can practise different behaviours to understand better the individual impact they can make to the team

I offer Team Coaching packages which are bespoke to each client but generally are a combination of Psychometric Assessments, Workshops and individual and group feedback. Psychometric Tests are taken on-line with feedback through individuals and a team report. I recommend a series of three separate full day workshops held over a three month period with individual and group feedback given after each workshop. Throughout the whole Coaching period, the team have a collective action plan that they are tasked with developing and delivering.

Creating a Coaching culture in the workplace is a positive way to improve your team’s ability to interact, communicate and collaborate together more effectively. Whether this is through upskilling your Leaders and Managers to have Coaching conversations with their teams, introducing peer Coaching or bringing in external Coaches. Holding coaching conversations with your team encourages trust, loyalty and improves communication and empowerment.

I can offer support in setting up internal mentoring and Coaching schemes and give advice on best practice and share Coaching tools that could be useful for your internal Mentors and Coaches. I can suggest qualified Coaching courses and signpost to reputable Companies and Membership bodies.


Personal Development Plans

Personal Development Plans should flow seamlessly from your corporate Performance Development Reviews and fit with your Talent Management and Succession planning strategies. A PDP isn’t a once-a-year document to complete and sit on a shelf. It should be a working, ever-evolving plan to upskill and improve your people’s abilities and competency levels.

Working with your existing Performance Development Review system (or I can help you to develop one), I work with you to understand your talent management and succession planning and how each individual’s and teams plans need to achieve your requirements as well as their own personal objectives.  I identify their strengths, motivators and learning styles and work with the individual (and Line Manager if required) to develop a robust and SMART Personal Development Plan which is worked through in each Coaching session and tasks set between individual or team sessions.
