Follow up action plans help to develop leadership skills, management techniques and behaviours.

Starting with a personal SWOT analysis I help you to identify, in depth, what do you do well, what you could you improve, how you could turn your strengths into opportunities and what threats your weaknesses expose you to. We also identify your learning styles, drivers and working styles and explore how you can use these to your advantage to be the best you can be. You will leave the sessions with a robust SMART action plan to focus you on making the improvements you want to make.

I create a safe and secure environment, my coaching style is totally objective allowing space for you to come up with your own solutions, at your own pace and which are most suitable for you.  I can help you to identify the path that you want to take and how to take it, supporting you through your own thought processes whilst these changes are going on. I use a range of established Coaching models to suit you and inspire you to make the changes needed that will have a positive impact on your career and life.

A ‘Coach’ is a vehicle that gets people from their chosen starting point to their desired destination and knowing where you are both aiming to go on the journey, keeps you on the right track. Coaching is a collaborative partnership where coach and client define the partnership together and develop a set of goals to guide their work.  Change happens through the Coaching relationship, which is a vehicle for the client to develop.

Coaching is an opportunity to explore vulnerabilities in a safe and non-judgemental space.  Working with relevant coaching models and tools I can support you to identify and deliver your personal and corporate objectives. Coaching is delivered either on/off site face to face, over Skype/Zoom or via telephone, whichever suits your needs. We start with a coaching conversation, agree expectations and desired outcomes. I recommend starting with a series of four, 90minute coaching sessions, dependant upon the topic being brought to coaching.
